Our clients are given a number of tenant improvement design options to choose from. Space plans that demonstrate the different layout design options or as-built layouts prepared with accurate onsite measurements can be created for our clients. Detailed drawings for custom fixtures and finishes can also be made available for review.
Drafting & Permitting
At APS, we strive to offer the most cost effective solution for your tenant improvement process whether in San Diego County, Riverside County or San Bernardino County. When applicable, we can provide inexpensive alternatives, such as drafting and permitting for jobs that require a permit, but lack the need for a design/architectural firm. If needed, our team can create plans and details that will fit well within the scope of work and come in at or under budget.
Construction Management, Schedule & Delivery
Advanced Property Solutions, believes that success starts with a foundation of communication. For this reason we use Gantt Chart (critical path) software to determine the number of staff and resources needed to complete the job prior to the start of each project. This allows us to design an approach and timeline that ensures the tenant improvement will be completed on time and on budget. Once construction begins, we hold daily meetings with our subcontractors making sure that the schedule and high quality workmanship is strictly adhered to at all times.
All of our in-house planning and blueprints are created using AutoCAD. We also use Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering design software and try our best to use “Green products and building methods” whenever possible. Additionally we offer services in the area of Title-24 as it relates to commercial building interiors.
