Scope: Olmsted CPA hired APS to provide full-service architecture, engineering, interior design, and construction services to remodel an antiquated office condo space into a modern and innovative design for a CPA firm. Our work involved reconfiguring the space to allow for private and open offices for the CPA staff, demolition of existing walls and finishes, design and installation of a new kitchen, a new HVAC system, plumbing upgrades, and custom interior sliding glass doors. APS also designed and performed all finish work throughout which covered new lighting layout, paint, flooring, tile (including penny tile in restrooms), and custom millwork which entailed a new reception desk, cabinetry and countertops, restroom doors, and a hanging stained wood ceiling.
