We worked with husband & wife owners Ashraf & Dalia Amin to produce the design and construction drawings, obtain permits and construct this 1,300 art & ceramics studio. Scope for the TI work involved mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, as well as new partition walls. Unique artistic finishes including imagery epoxied into the floor and architectural arches make the space inspiring. Overcoming limited power supply, kiln installation and safety, and issues with other existing conditions gave us another opportunity to employ our problem-solving strengths and experience for a win.
