Scope: APS completed space plan details into a construction plan to finalize the material selection, callouts, and notes for 16 total office rooms. Once the construction scope was finalized, APS performed demolition of an existing office and build new walls for the new Keller Williams agents’ offices. We added new domestic water plumbing for the coffee station, modified the HVAC system to account for supply and return distribution at all rooms and hallways, and added new electrical, data, and LED lighting throughout. Finally, we repaired the ceiling due to the creation of the new offices and installed new and salvaged Timely doors, frames, and hardware at the new offices. Flooring, casework, and paint were completed by the client.
